Event Medic

San Antonio, TX Location

Our Event Medics are Certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and are trained to provide the following services at the scene:

  • Respond to emergency calls
  • Assess the situation
  • Obtain a basic medical history and physical examination of the patient
  • Provide efficient and immediate care to the critically ill and injured

Medics utilize necessary medical equipment to treat the patient and ascertain the extent of their injuries or illness.

Medic is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within approved medical directives; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of tasks; accomplishes required paperwork; and reports to an event supervisor.

Industrial Medic

San Antonio, Houston, Corpus Christi, and Temple, TX Locations

Our Industrial Medics are Certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and are trained to provide the following services at the scene or in client’s medic station:

  • Respond to emergency calls
  • Assess the situation
  • Obtain a basic medical history and physical examination of the patient
  • Provide efficient and immediate care to the critically ill and injured
  • Provide basic physical therapy treatments
  • Assist patients with minor ailments

Medics utilize necessary medical equipment and common over-the-counter medications to treat the patient and ascertain the extent of their injuries or illness.

Medic is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within approved medical directives; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; performs a variety of tasks; and accomplishes required paperwork. Medic has understanding of industrial injuries, exposures, overuse types of injuries, and industrial exposures.  Medics also make appropriate determination of light duty, full duty, or referral to higher echelon of care. Industrial medics report / turn in required paperwork at the end of each shift for occupational tracking.
