Cristina Morales Heaney
Cristina Morales Heaney brings more than ten years’ experience in the corporate and nonprofit development fields to her role as U.S. Safety Services’ CEO. In 2005 she rebranded U.S. Safety Services and has since shaped the company into a leading provider of temporary medical staffing throughout Central and South Texas. Under Cristina’s leadership, U.S. Safety Services has become the provider for the largest sports and entertainment center in San Antonio and provides temporary medical staffing for the majority of community sports, entertainment and conference facilities in the San Antonio area. Cristina is a certified Emergency Medical Technician herself and serves on the Leadership Council for the National Federation of Independent Business. She also serves on the community board for SA Youth, and as President of the National Association of Women Business Owners - San Antonio Chapter.
Jim Heaney has more than 35 years of experience in the financial industry with a background in strategic planning, business development, forecasting, budgeting and gap-to-goal management. Using his extensive skill-set, Jim focuses his efforts at U.S. Safety Services on optimizing strategies that continually improve service provided to the expanding clientele base. Jim is a certified Emergency Medical technician and an active leader in the community. He served on the board for the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, American Heart Association, San Antonio Sports Foundation, Greater San Antonio Chamber and the Builders Exchange of Texas. In addition, he has also been involved with the San Antonio Economic Development Foundation.
Director of Operations
Ian Coon has more than 25 years of experience in the Emergency Medical Services field, including more than 20 years as a Medical Technician in the United States Air Force. Ian joined U.S. Safety Services in 2005 as a part-time supervisor and began serving as Director of Operations in 2012 after retiring from the Air Force. Using his extensive EMS Leadership background, Ian manages the U.S. Safety Services employees and event sites, while also overseeing talent acquisitions.
Sally Coon has more than 14 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, including 3 years as a Healthcare Administrator in the Air Force and an extensive background in the Home Healthcare industry. Beginning in 2007, Sally has managed U.S. Safety Services scheduling system, billing, payroll, client and medic coordination and office organization.
